Kumargram PS Case No. 121/2021 dt. 2/7/2021 u/s 20(b)(ii)(C )/25/27 NDPS Act : On 2/7/2021, a raid was held by the officer and force of Jalpaiguri DD, CID WB at Pakriguri, Baravisa Police Check Post and one truck having Regn. No. UP 70/ET0755 was intercepted and they arrested one person namely Mohishuddin(50) s/o Lt. Md. Isril of Mahewanayni, PO. Alahabat Agricultural Institute, PS. Mayni, Dist. Alahabat(UP) and also seized 7 packets of ganja weighing approx 49 kgs from the stepney tyre of the said truck in c/w this case.
