On 15.12.2018 Ld. ADJ Fast Track Court-1, Bongaon, North 24 Parganas passed an order to convict one accused person namely SK. Abdul Nayeem @ Sk. Samir @ Nayya @ Abu Ali who have found for the offences punishable u/s 419/420/468/471/121/121A/122/120B IPC r/w Section 5(b) of Explosive Substance Act, 1908 and convicted u/s 235(2) CRPC on 11/12.2018, is sentenced to suffer capital punishment with fine Rs. 50,000/- in c/w Bongaon PS Case No. 179/2007 dated 04.04.2007 u/s 419/420/468/469/470/471/121/121A/122/126/120B IPC r/w 14 Foreigners’ Act.
