Baguiati PS Case No.520/22 dt.04.11.2022 u/s-419/420/467/468/120B/34 IPC. Acting on a Secret source information a team of CID, WB held raid at an unauthorized call centre styled as HOPEWARE FINACIAL IMF PRIVATE LIMITED situated at 1st floor holding premises No. BMC,DD-122, Narayantala East ,PO-Aswini Nagar, PS – Baguiati, ward no.18 pin – 700059 where Rajat Kanti Rath and Sebasis Ganguly and other used to run this fake call centre and cheated the commom people throughout the India in the name of Selling of Life Insurance, Health Card, Various educational Products and giving false promises of high monthly income in lieu of installation of mobile towers. Three persons were arrested namely 1. Debasis Mondal, s/o- Lt Haren Mondal, of 319 SKBSarani, DumDum ,PS-Nagerbazar, Kol-30, 2. Rohan Mukherjee,s/o- Lt, Ranjan Mukherjee, of flat No.07,Block-10,16 Bagmari Lane CIT Building, PS – Maniktala, Kolkata -700054. 3. Sahil Dey S/O-Lt. Sukanta Dey, of Flat-C4,DiamondPlaza, Hridoypur Station road PO- Hridoypur, Ward-31 PS-Barasat Dist-North 24 Parganas.
