On 15.11.2018 Ld. ADJ FT 4Th Court, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas passed an order to convict 07 accused persons namely (1) Avijit Ghosh, (2) Tapan Chanda, (3) Debu Mukherjee, (4) Babu @ Kuntal Chakraborty, (5) Panka @ Prasenjit Dutta, (6) Biswajit Ghosh and (7) Pintu @ Botu Majumder for life imprisonment in c/w Airport PS Case No. 47/2012 dated 09.03.2012 u/s 147/148/149/449/324/326/307/354/302/427 IPC. This Case was investigated by the Officer of CID, WB. (Ashim Dam of Kolkata Police Murder Case).
