Burdwan GRPS Case No. - 48/21, DT.06.12.2021 U/S- 25(1B) (a)/29/35 Arms Act : On 06.12.2021 officer and force of Burdwan D.D, CID held raid and arrested 02 persons namely (1) Uttam Kr. Pandit @ Uttam (55 years) S/O - Lt Becharam Pandit of Vill - Shibda, PS - Aushgram, Dist - Purba Burdwan and (2) Matiar Rahaman Sk @ Kajal Sk (34 years) S/O - Raihan Sk of Vill - Shibda, PS - Aushgram, Dist - Purba Burdwan and seized i) One improvised Country Made one shatter pipe gune fitted with wooden butt having trigger, hammer and firing pin, ii) Two improvised Country Made one shatter pipe gun fitted with wooden butt having trigger, hammer and firing pin in c/w this case.
