Chandannanagar PS Case No. 171/18 dated 02.10.18 u/s 420/468/120B/34 IPC & 4/20/21 of Indian Telegraphy Act & 66E/66F of IT Act 2000. On 02.10.18 and 05.09.18, Officer and force of CID, WB held raid in the premises of Pintu Das at Mitra Nivas, Chandni, Benipukur, Chandannagar and arrested 04 accused persns namely (1) Subhendu Ghosh (43) s/o Raghunath Ghosh of Matridhan College Road, Chinsurah, Hooghly, (2) Asis Pal (24) s/o Haradhan Pal of Bhavanipur, Po. Dadpur, Hooghly, (3) Md. Sarower Jahan (42) s/o Md. Abul Bashar Bhuiyan of Nasirabad Housing Socity, House No. 33/A/2, Flat C3 Chakbazar, Chattagong, Bangladesh and (4) Pintu Das (28) s/o Nani Gopal Das of 185 Rashbehari Avenue, Chandanagar, Hooghly they are involved in illegal Telecom Set up and seized one Desktop, SIM Box, some SIM from their possession.
