Haldia PS Case No. 109/17 dated 26.10.2017 u/s 363/366A/367/368/ 370/370A/372/373/376/120B/109 IPC, Section 6/8/10/17/21 POCSO Act.On 04.12.2018 officer and force of CID, WB held raid at New Ramesh Nagar area under PS City, District Karnal, State Haryana and secured arrest of three accused persons namely (1) Manisha (35) w/o Pradeep Kumar @ Rinku of House No. 25, New Ramesh Nagar, Sadarbazar, PS City, District Karnal, State Haryana (2) Pradeep Kumar (37) s/o Dharam Pal of do (3) Parveen Kumar (36) s/o Late Balak Ram of Nalvipar, PS Kunjpura, District Karnal, State Haryana and seized 3 mobile phone from their possession.
