In pursuance to a secret source information, a raid was conducted by a team of SOG on 13.03.2023 afternoon at Deganga Berachampa road under Deganga PS, Barasat PD in course of which one accused person viz. Bapan Sardar, PS-Deganga was apprehended. From his exclusive possession two country made improvised one shotter and one six shotter firearms along with four improvised live 8mm ammunition have been recovered.
On the basis of written complaint of officer of CID,, Deganga PS case no-- ,110/23 dt-13.03.23 u/s 25(1)(a)/6/7/8 of Arms (Amdt) Act 2019 has been registered.
