On 24.09.2018 Ld. FTC 7th Court Alipur pronounced the judgment in c/w Kasba PS Case No. 271/2008 dated 30.08.08 u/s 489B/489C/120B IPC & adding section 14 Foreigners Act accused (1) Mokaram Mondal, (2) Sunil Paramanik @ Sona, (3) Zubeda Chitrakar @ Jaba, (4) Nikhil Sarkar @ Nripen, (5) Prasanta Sarkar was sentenced to under go for a term of 08 years imprisonment and fine of Rs. 8000/- only of the section 489B and fine of Rs. 6000/- only of the section 489C in default of payment of fine to further undergo two years imprisonment. This Case was investigated by the Officer of CID, WB.
