CID, West Bengal has organised a good number of seminars in the year 2016. Among them, seminars on Detection of ATM Fraud, Cyber Crime, CDR Analysis and use of Customized Software like CS CDR Analysis Tool, Procedure of seizure and disposal of the seized property under NDPS Act etc were very important and appreciated by the participants. The seminar on Acid Attack victims has also been very well received by the victims of Acid attack and the NGOs who were working for helping them. CID, West Bengal also assured the Acid victims that their cases of compensation will be handled with priority in the districts and we will do certain programmes in the nook and corner of the State taking them with us.
