On 20.11.17 Officer and force of CID, WB held raid at “Star Resort” situated at Panagarh by pass and arrested 01 male person namely (1) Jagadish Singh(28) @ Sehebaj s/o Dusmat Singh of Village Pabbarali, PS Battala, District Gurrudaspur, State Punjab and 02 female persons namely 1) Manpreet Kaur(25) D/O Jagir Singh of Kapur Nagar, PS + District Amritswar, State Punjab, 2) Harpreet Kaur (25) D/O Kashmir Singh of Rasutirak Road, PS + District Amritswar, State Punjab, from room No. 103 of said hotel and seized one 9mm pistol loaded with 5 rounds ammunitions, 03 empty fire cartridge, one vehicle bearing No. PB 29/0786 from their possession.This refers to Kanksa PS Case No. 399/2017 dared 20.11.2017 u/s 25/27/35 Arms Act.
