Jadavpur PS Case No. 130/2011 dt. 01/3/2011 u/s 66A/66C/66D/67A IT Act, 2000 : On 22/3/2021, the Ld. JM 7th Court, Alipore passed an order to convict accused namely Suddhochit Banerjee s/o Suchit Banerjee of Flat No. 1B, Block-3, Belmond, 270 Ghoragacha, PS. Sonarpur, South 24-Parganas for 01 year imprisonment with fine of Rs. 1.5 lakhs in c/w this case. This case was investigated by CID WB.
