Ref. Shasan PS Case No. 59/23 dated 20.3.23 u/s 363 IPC adding sec. 365/366A IPC
On 20.3.23 the minor daughter of complainant left her house but did not return. Complainant came to know that her daughter was kidnapped by unknown miscreants for an ill motive. Yesterday late night the following accused persons were arrested and also recovered the minor victim girl from Dared, Gujarat.
