On 16.03.2018 officer and force of CID, WB held raid at second floor of Flat No. C/I, Laxmi Bhavan, Indraprastha 70/157, Jessore Road South, PS Barasat, District North 24 Parganas and arrested 4 (four) accused persons namely (1) Dola Deb Mondal @ Munni (35) w/o Ramprosad Roy d/o Debobrota Dey of Berachampa charbagan, PS Deganga, District North 24 Parganas (2) Ramprasad Roy (39) s/o Shibsankar Roy of Lankabagan, Ghola Road, Milannagar, PS Madhyamgarm (3) Sonali Saha @ Sonai @ Sathi (48) w/o Swapan Saha of 3 No. Srinagar Chandigarh House of Samar Sikdar, Ps Madhyamgram, both of District North 24 Parganas and (4) Sk Azad (42) s/o Sk Sahadh Ali of Village Milikpara, PO Sindal, PS Burdwan, District Purba Burdwan, A/P Sodepor Girja More, Near Biscuit factory, PS Khardah, District North 24 Parganas. During the raid 2 (two) minor victim girls and 2 (two) major victim girls were recovered from the same residence. This refers to Barasat PS Case No. 186/18 dated 16.03.18 u/s 366A/370/370A/372/373/120B/34 adding section 3/4/5/6/7/9 ITPA Act and r/w section 4 of protection of children sexual Act.
